Our Story

Serene Head Spa & Wellness was born from the shared passion of two sisters, Mary and Mimi, who are on a mission to bring the art of head spa from Korea, Japan, and Vietnam to the heart of Texas.

With nearly 20 years in the beauty industry, Mary is a seasoned professional and the owner of a successful salon in Sugar Land. Her deep-rooted expertise and dedication to client care have inspired her to expand into the Fulshear and Katy area, offering something truly unique and revitalizing.

Mimi comes from a business background, but her love for beauty and travel has taken her across the globe. During her visits to Korea and Japan, she experienced the luxurious, multi-step head spa treatments that left a lasting impression—especially the viral 18-step Korean head spa. Captivated by the results and the ritual, she knew she wanted to bring that same sense of peace and rejuvenation to the U.S.

Together, Mary and Mimi created Serene Head Spa & Wellness—a space where tradition meets innovation, and self-care becomes an elevated experience.
